eDI Imaging respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you order a Santa certificate, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect the following information to produce and delivery your digital and printed certificates:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping address (for printed certificates)
- Child's name and Christmas wish
- The photo you choose
How we use this information
We use this information only to make and deliver your certificates, send order emails, and answer your questions. We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use it for marketing unless you sign up for our mailing list.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Helcim. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep data
Photos and finished certificates are deleted from our systems 90 days after your order is complete. Order records are kept indefinitely for accounting purposes.
