Refund Policy

Each Santa certificate is personalized with your child's name, Christmas wish and, for printed certificates, your photo with Santa. Because of this, we can't accept returns.

Cancellations

To cancel an order for a full refund, contact us before your certificate has been made. Once a certificate has been created, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Mistakes

We make every certificate exactly as it's entered at checkout, so please check spelling before you place your order.- If we made a mistake, we'll fix it and send a corrected certificate at no charge.- If a printed certificate arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll replace it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a printed certificate hasn't arrived 10 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card used for the order. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
