Digital certificates

Digital certificates are emailed to the address given at checkout, usually within 3 business days. Please check your spam folder if one doesn't arrive.

Printed certificates

Printed Certificates ship by USPS Ground Advantage to US addresses only, usually within 7 business days of your order. There is no additional charge for shipping, and we'll email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Christmas delivery

To receive printed certificates before Christmas, order by the date shown on our store. Orders placed after that date are still welcome, but may arrive after Christmas.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
